Where do the listings come from?
Our listings come from official sources such as Avoventes.fr, Notaires.fr, and Cessions.immobilier-etat.gouv.fr, etc.

What is a judicial auction?
A judicial auction (vente aux enchères judiciaires) is a public sale ordered by a French court, usually following a foreclosure or debt case.
