An Exciting Opportunity:
We’re rebuilding our entire platform with a modern, scalable tech stack, a rare opportunity to design and architect a production system from the ground up. You’ll play a central role in defining our technology choices and shaping the future of how off-market real estate is discovered and analyzed.
THE ROLE
Lead the development of Blissets' main web application, focusing on property data visualization, interactive dashboards, and seamless integration with backend services and design system components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop complex React applications with TypeScript and modern patterns
- Integrate design system components (HTML/CSS) built by the UI developers
- Integrate with backend APIs to display investment metrics (ROI, yield, renovation estimates, appreciation forecasts)
- Build interactive data visualizations and analytics dashboards for property analysis
- Implement property search, filtering, and comparison features
- Manage application state and optimize data fetching strategies
- Optimize application performance and user experience
- Establish testing strategies and CI/CD workflows
- Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript development, 3+ years with React
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript and type systems
- Expert knowledge of React ecosystem (Hooks, Context, React Router)
- Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript features
- API integration (REST, GraphQL) and async programming
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers
Nice to Have:
- Experience with financial calculators or data-heavy applications
- Knowledge of charting libraries (Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js)
- Real estate or fintech domain experience
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive Salary: €75,000 - €95,000 gross/year
