An Exciting Opportunity:
We’re building our mobile app from scratch with a modern, scalable tech stack. A rare chance to design and architect a production system from the ground up. You’ll play a central role in defining our technology choices and shaping the future of how off-market real estate is discovered and experienced.
THE ROLE
Lead the development of Blissets' mobile application using Flutter, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience for property investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop the core Flutter application
- Implement shared features: property search, calculators, user authentication, notifications
- Design and implement app architecture (clean architecture, BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod)
- Create reusable widgets and establish coding standards
- Integrate with native iOS and Android functionalities via platform channels
- Optimize app performance and handle memory management
- Implement offline-first capabilities and data synchronization
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Coordinate with iOS/Android developers for native integrations
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of mobile development, 2+ years with Flutter
- Expert knowledge of Dart programming language
- Deep understanding of Flutter framework and widgets
- Experience with state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
- REST API integration and JSON parsing
- Local storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences)
- App deployment to App Store and Google Play
- Version control with Git
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Firebase services
- Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
- CI/CD setup for mobile apps (Fastlane, Codemagic)
- Real estate or fintech app experience
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive Salary: €75,000 - €95,000 gross/year
